Submit the cases you are stuck on, and leave with a diagnosis and a plan for each one.
Level 6 is the final level, and it is all case work. There is no new material to deliver. Participants submit their own complex cases in advance - history, records, imaging, and photographs - and the group works through them, one at a time, applying the full method from Levels 1 through 5.
These are the hardest cases: full-mouth reconstruction, cases that combine orthodontics, restorative treatment, and joint management, and cases that have failed previous treatment and have to be diagnosed again from the beginning. Each case is taken from the records to a finished plan: the etiologic diagnosis, the appliance decision, Phase 1, and the Phase 2 sequence. The purpose is to apply the method under real conditions, to defend a plan against the alternatives, and to see enough complex cases worked through that the reasoning becomes your own.
Learning objectives
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
Work a complex case from submitted records to a finished treatment plan.
Produce an etiologic diagnosis for a full-mouth or multidisciplinary case.
Decide the appliance, the Phase 1 management, and the Phase 2 sequence for a complex case.
Diagnose and re-plan a case that has failed previous treatment.
Defend a treatment plan against alternative approaches, and revise it when the case warrants.
Recognize the limits of what can be treated, and when to refer.

How the level works
Participants submit their own cases before the course: history, records, imaging, and photographs, prepared to the standard set in the earlier levels. The two days are spent working through those cases as a group, one at a time. Each dentist presents a case, and the group and the instructor work it through to a finished plan. With the group capped at six, every participant's cases are covered, and every participant sees the others' cases worked through as well.
What each case is worked through
Every case is taken through the full method, from the records to a plan that could be presented the next day: the etiologic diagnosis, what the signs and the imaging show, the appliance decision and the target position, the management of Phase 1, and the Phase 2 route and sequence. This is Levels 1 through 5 applied in sequence on a single case, in the order the method runs in practice. The levels are taught separately. They are used together, and the transitions between them are where a case is most often lost.
Where a case allows more than one reasonable plan, the alternatives are worked through and compared, so the decision is made on the merits rather than by default.
The cases this level is for
This level is built for the cases that the earlier levels prepare you for but don't resolve on their own: full-mouth reconstruction, cases that combine orthodontics, restorative treatment, and joint management, and cases that have failed previous treatment and have to be diagnosed from the beginning. Participants are asked to bring the cases they are least certain about, not the ones that already went well.

Every level ends with a single-page tool you can apply the next working day. It is not a course summary. It is an instrument, built for chairside use by you and your team.
Level 6 - The Complete Case Workup.
A one-page framework that runs any complex case through the whole method in order: history and records, the etiologic diagnosis, the appliance decision and target position, Phase 1 management, and the Phase 2 route and sequence. It combines the tools from the earlier five levels into one sheet, so every complex case in your practice can be worked the same way.
The economics of the hardest cases
Level 6 is where the practice becomes able to treat the cases that others send away. Three drivers follow from the material.
The cases others refer out. The ability to work any complex case, including a failed one, means the cases other dentists refer out can come to you instead. That is production, and a referral relationship with the dentists who send them.
A repeatable process, not one solved case. Working many complex cases to completion turns the method into a process you can repeat. The value is not one case; it is every complex case after it, worked the same way.
A credential that positions the practice. Completing the pathway is a recognized credential. For a practice built around complex and functional care, it is a basis for referrals from other dentists and for the patient trust that comprehensive treatment depends on.
Completing the certification
Level 6 completes the six-level pathway. A dentist who finishes it has worked the full method on real, complex cases, from diagnosis through finalization, and has the framework to apply it to any case that follows. This is the point at which the certification is earned.
