Welcome to TMJ Whisperer Academy. By accessing or using our website, registering for courses, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TMJ Whisperer Academy website, registering for courses, purchasing subscriptions, or participating in any educational activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or participate in our programs.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, courses, materials, demonstrations, discussions, and educational activities provided by TMJ Whisperer Academy are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
Content is not a substitute for professional medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical judgment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
Hands-on and participation-based courses may involve live patient care under direct supervision. Participants acknowledge the inherent clinical risks involved and agree that responsibility for patient care and clinical decision-making remains with the licensed provider delivering treatment.
3. Course Registration & Access
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated.
Course access is granted only to the registered participant and is non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials, recordings, handouts, or course materials is strictly prohibited.
TMJ Whisperer Academy reserves the right to deny or revoke access if these terms are violated.
4. Subscriptions
TMJ Whisperer Academy may offer monthly and annual subscription programs.
Monthly Subscription: A 12-month commitment billed monthly. Early cancellation results in immediate billing of the remaining balance of the annual commitment.
Annual Subscription: Paid in full annually. Renewal may be canceled with written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content and course materials, including videos, slides, images, graphics, text, logos, recordings, and written materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of TMJ Whisperer Academy and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No content may be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Share or distribute course materials without authorization
Use content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Misrepresent credentials, licensure, or course participation
7. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account. TMJ Whisperer Academy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
8. Modifications to Services and Terms
TMJ Whisperer Academy reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue courses, schedules, instructors, or content
Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
Discontinue any service or program without prior notice
Updates become effective upon posting.
9. Limitation of Liability
TMJ Whisperer Academy, its instructors, affiliates, and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in educational activities.
Participation and application of course content are at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
10. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. TMJ Whisperer Academy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.
