3. Course Registration & Payment

  • Course spots are limited and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider.

  • TMJ Whisperer Academy does not store or access your credit card details.

  • By registering, you agree to abide by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions for access to exclusive educational content and resources:

  • Monthly Subscription: This is a 12-month commitment billed monthly. Early cancellation will result in the immediate charge of the remaining balance of the annual commitment.

  • Annual Subscription: Paid in full once per year. You may cancel your subscription renewal by providing written notice 30 days prior to your next billing date.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@TMJWhispererAcademy.com or made through your account dashboard.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Website Policies page for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and course rescheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, logos, text, graphics, and course content, are the exclusive property of TMJ Whisperer Academy and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Share or distribute course materials without authorization.

  • Use the website or materials for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted.
