Welcome to TMJ Whisperer Academy. By using our website and registering for our courses, you agree to the following policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Terms of Use

By accessing this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website (such as when registering for a course or subscribing to our mailing list) will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. We use your information to process registrations, send updates, and improve your experience with TMJ Whisperer Academy.

3. Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed via our third-party payment providers. TMJ Whisperer Academy does not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Regarding our cancellation and refund policy:

  • More than 30 days prior to the course: Participants will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • 15–30 days prior to the course: Participants will receive a 50% refund or have the option to transfer their registration to another course date within one year.

  • 14 days or less prior to the course: No refund will be provided, but participants may transfer their registration to another course date within one year.

  • No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not receive a refund or the option to transfer.

All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@TMJWhispererAcademy.com

Cancellation by Organizer:

  • In the rare event that the course must be canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Participants will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring their registration to a rescheduled course date.

  • The organizer will not be responsible for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred by participants.

  • By registering for a course, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including course materials, videos, logos, and branding—is the property of TMJ Whisperer Academy and is protected by copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

Course content and training provided by TMJ Whisperer Academy are for educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Modifications to Policies

TMJ Whisperer Academy reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
