1. Website Use Policy

This website is intended for lawful educational use only. Users may not engage in activities that disrupt site functionality, compromise security, or interfere with the experience of other users.

2. Privacy Policy

TMJ Whisperer Academy respects your privacy.

Personal information is collected only when voluntarily provided through registrations, subscriptions, evaluations, or contact forms. Information is used solely to:

  • Process registrations and payments

  • Communicate course information and updates

  • Issue certificates and CE documentation

  • Improve educational services

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

3. Payment Policy

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

  • TMJ Whisperer Academy does not store or access credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellation

  • More than 30 days prior to the course: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee

  • 15–30 days prior: 50% refund or one transfer within 12 months

  • 14 days or less: No refund; one transfer within 12 months

  • No-shows: No refund or transfer

Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

If TMJ Whisperer Academy cancels or reschedules a course:

  • Participants may choose a full refund or transfer

  • Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not reimbursed

5. Study Club & Live CE Policies

  • Live attendance is required to receive CE credit

  • Completion of all required educational components is mandatory

  • Post-course evaluations and assessments must be submitted

  • Minimum enrollment requirements may apply

CE credit is awarded only upon verified attendance and completion of all requirements, in accordance with AGD PACE standards.

6. CE Credit & Accreditation Disclaimer

TMJ Whisperer Academy is an independent continuing education provider.

Participation in courses and approval of CE credit do not imply endorsement by the Academy of General Dentistry or by any state or provincial dental board.

Acceptance of CE credit is determined solely by individual licensing authorities.

7. Educational Disclaimer

All educational activities are designed to enhance professional knowledge and clinical reasoning. TMJ Whisperer Academy does not guarantee clinical outcomes, treatment results, or professional success.

8. Policy Modifications

TMJ Whisperer Academy reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
