Study Club Policy
The Study Club is a community for dentists to learn, interact, and collaborate through live case-based sessions. By joining, members agree to the following:
1. Monthly Sessions
Study Club meets once per month.
Attendance at the live session is mandatory in order to receive CE credits, session recordings, and study materials.
If you are unable to attend a session, you must notify us in advance by email.
A minimum of 9 confirmed members is required. If fewer than 9 members confirm, the session will be canceled.
2. CE Credits
Every session offers 2 CE credits.
To receive credits, members must:
Attend the full live session.
Complete the required evaluation form.
CE credits are not granted for watching the recording alone.
3. Purpose of the Study Club
The Study Club is designed to be interactive, not passive.
The main goal is to discuss clinical cases, share experiences, and connect with colleagues.
4. Case Discussions
Members are encouraged to present cases for group learning.
All cases must be anonymized to protect patient confidentiality.
Participation in discussions helps maintain the quality of the club.
5. Access to Materials
Recordings, handouts, and resources are provided only to those who attend the live session.
Materials are for personal educational use only and must not be shared outside the group.
6. Professional Conduct
Respectful, constructive, and professional communication is expected at all times.
The Study Club is a safe space to share and learn.
7. Confidentiality
All discussions, patient cases, and member contributions are confidential.
Information shared in the Study Club must stay within the group.
8. Commitment
Consistent attendance strengthens the value of the Study Club.
Members are expected to notify us if they cannot attend. Repeated unexcused absences may affect continued membership.
9. Technical Requirements
A stable internet connection, microphone, and camera are required.
Members are encouraged to keep cameras on to foster interaction and networking.
