Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Registration for these courses is subject to the TMJ Whisperer Academy Website Policies and Terms and Conditions and applies to the educational series presented in collaboration with Vatech Canada.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. TMJ Whisperer Academy and Vatech Canada do not store or have access to participants’ credit card information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Refunds and transfer options for these Vatech Canada x TMJ Whisperer Academy courses are determined by the date the written cancellation request is received:

More than 30 days prior to the course start date
Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee

15 to 30 days prior to the course start date
50% refund or one transfer to a future eligible course within 12 months, subject to availability

14 days or less prior to the course start date
No refund; one transfer to a future eligible course within 12 months, subject to availability

No-shows
No refund and no transfer

Transfers are permitted one time only, must be used within 12 months of the original course date, and are subject to availability. Registrations are not transferable to another individual.

TMJ Whisperer Academy does not arrange, book, manage, or reimburse travel, accommodation, hotel reservations, or related expenses in the event of participant cancellation.

Organizer Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

If TMJ Whisperer Academy cancels or reschedules the BiteAlignᵀᴹ Design and Adjustment – Treating TMJ Disorders course, participants may choose:

  • A full refund of the course registration fee

  • A transfer to a future course date

TMJ Whisperer Academy is not responsible for booking, canceling, or reimbursing travel, accommodation, hotel reservations, or any related expenses under any circumstances.
