TMJ Dysfunction and Airway: Clinical Considerations for Comprehensive Dental Care
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and airway compromise are frequently underdiagnosed contributors to clinical instability, pain, and restorative challenges. This webinar provides a foundational understanding of the anatomical and functional relationship between TMJ dysfunction and compromised airway. Dr. Agatha Bis presents key concepts that help dentists identify early warning signs, evaluate diagnostic indicators, and consider airway-related factors during examination and treatment planning. Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools and screening methods to evaluate TMJ and airway-related concerns
Determine when to refer patients for further evaluation and how to incorporate TMJ and airway considerations into treatment planning workflows.
